Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Dill

Ready in: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 serving

1 bagel (whole-meal)
1.8 oz (50 g) smoked salmon
1 handful of fresh dill
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 onion

1. Cut the bagel in half lengthwise and toast until golden brown. Let the bagel halves cool completely.

2. Meanwhile, wash, dry, and finely chop the fresh dill. Cut the onion in thin slices. Using your fingertips, mix the dill with the onions.

3. Spread both bagel halves with the cream cheese. Arrange the onions on top.

4. Pick the smoked salmon into neat pieces and arrange them on top of the onions. Press the bagel halves carefully together.
