Banana Yogurt Shake

Ready in: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings (23.7 fl. oz // 700 ml)

5.6 oz (2 // 160 g) bananas
15.9 oz (450 g) greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons ground oatmeal
2 tablespoon maple syrup

1. Peel the bananas and cut them into smaller pieces.

2. Put all of the ingredients in a mixer. Mix until well blended for about 10-15 seconds.

3. Pour the banana shake into glasses. Enjoy!
