Blackberry Ginger Smoothie

Ready in: 5 minutes
Yield: 16 fl. oz (500 ml)

4.4 oz (125 g) blackberries
1 nectarine
1 kiwi
0.1 oz (3 g) fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3.4 fl. oz (100 ml) water
5 fl. oz (150 ml) blackcurrant juice

1. Wash and drain the blackberries and nectarine. Pat the fruit dry with kitchen paper.

2. Remove the nectarine, kiwi and ginger from their skin. Finely grate the fresh ginger.

3. Put all of the ingredients in a mixer. Mix until well blended for about 5-10 seconds.

4. Pour the blackberry smoothie into glasses. Enjoy!
