Chia – Mango Smoothie

Ready in: 5 minutes
Yield: 17 1/2 fl oz // 520 ml

1 mango
1 banana
1/2 lime (juice)
2 oranges (juice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds

1. Wash the mango, oranges and lime. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Mix the chia seeds with the orange juice. (The chia seeds will make the mixture slightly thicker.) Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone.

2. Roughly chop the banana. Cut one lime in half and squeeze the juice over the bananas, to prevent them from discolouring.

3. Combine the mango, banana, orange juice and chia seeds in a blender or mixer. Mix until well blended, about a few seconds. Pour the mango smoothie into a glas. Enjoy! 

Personal note: You can add some water or orange juice, if you want the smoothie to be less thick.
