Cinnamon Yogurt with Fresh Apples

14.1 oz (400 g) greek yogurt
8.8 oz (250 g) apples
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon xucker (sugar substitute)

1. Combine the yogurt with the ground cinnamon and stir to blend evenly. Add the sugar or sugar substitute to taste. Wash and halve the lemon.

2. Wash, peel and core the apple. Finely grate the apple pieces, then put them into a large bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice over the grated apples.

3. Combine the apple mixture with the yogurt mixture. Toss gently to blend.
