Fresh Strawberry Mint Salad

Ready in: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

11 1/2 oz (325 g) strawberries
5.3 oz (300 g) red grapes
1 apple

For the dressing:
1 lime (juice)
1 tablespoon honey
1 handful of fresh mint leaves

1. To make the dressing, wash, dry, and finely chop the mint leaves. Wash the lime, cut it in half and squeeze the lime juice into a bowl. Add the honey and chopped mint leaves and stir to blend.

2. Remove the green stem ends from the strawberries. Remove the grapes from the stem. Thoroughly rinse and drain the fruit. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Pare, core and chop the apple. Quarter the strawberries and grapes.

3. Mix the fruit with the dressing. Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Personal note: Add yogurt, whipped cream or ricotta cheese to taste. #( ^ O ^ )#
