Healthy Cereal Cake

Yield: 10 servings

17.6 (500 g) curd cheese (low fat)
5.3 oz (150 g) oatmeal flakes
3.5 oz (100 g) spelt flakes
1.7 fl. oz (50 ml) whipping cream
3.5 oz (100 g) cream cheese
1 egg
3.5 oz (100 g) erythritol (or sugar)

semolina

1. Preheat the oven to 340 °F (170 °C). Lightly grease a baking tin with butter. Sprinkle all over with semolina, shaking off any excess.

2. Whisk the egg until foamy. Add the remaining ingredients in batches and stir until evenly blended.

3. Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared baking tin, spreading it evenly. Bake in the oven until set, about 35-40 minutes. Let the cereal cake cool for 20 minutes before serving.

4. Serve with your choice of fruit. Lightly drizzle over with honey to taste.
