Low Carb Blueberry Milkshake

Ready: 5 minutes
Yield: 3 servings // (800 ml)

18.6 fl. oz (550 ml) milk
0.5 oz (15 g) almond flour
8.8 oz (250 g) fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon (20 g) erythritol

1. Wash and drain the blueberries. Pat them dry with kitchen paper.

2. Put all of the ingredients into a mixer. Mix until well blended for about 10-15 seconds.

3. Pour the blueberry milkshakes into glasses. Enjoy!
