Low Carb Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

14.1 oz (400 g) yogurt (greek yogurt)
3 1/2 oz (100 g) curd cheese (20% fat)
1 oz (30 g) erythritol
1 teaspoon chia seeds
8.8 oz (250 g) frozen raspberries

1. Combine the yogurt, curd cheese, erythritol, chia seeds and frozen berries in a blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed, about 10 seconds.

2. Divide the mixture among dessert glasses. Freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
