Mixed Berries Milkshake

Ready in: 5 minutes
Yield: 40 fl. oz // 1,2 litre // 4 servings

11 oz (310 g) strawberries
7 oz (200 g) blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons of sugar/honey/ or sugar substitute
14 fl. oz (400 ml) milk
3 tablespoons rolled oats
2 tablespoons cream cheese

1. Wash and drain the strawberries and blueberries. Pat them dry with kitchen paper. Cut off the stem ends from the strawberries.

2. Put all of the ingredients in a mixer. Mix until well blended for about 5-10 seconds.

3. Pour the berries milkshakes into glasses. Enjoy!
