Oatmeal Milkshake with Chia

Ready in: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings // (16.9 fl. oz // 500 ml)

13 1/2 fl. oz (400 ml) milk
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon stevia
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 

1. Combine the milk, oatmeal, stevia, ground flaxseed and chia seeds in a mixer. Blend until smooth for about 10 seconds.

2. Pour the oatmeal milkshake into glasses. Enjoy!

Personal note: If you want to make a milkshake without sugar substitutes, replace the stevia with honey, agave nectar or sugar.
