Ultimate Chocolate – Cookies
Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside!

Yield: 8 cookies
4.2 oz (120 g) all-purpose flour
1.8 oz (50 g) ground hazelnuts
3 oz (90 g) butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2.5 oz (70 g) granulated sugar
1 package (8 g) vanilla sugar
1.8 oz (50 g) dark chocolate shavings
1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the egg, ground hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, softened butter, and granulated sugar. Whisk for a few seconds, then use your hands to knead the dough until it comes together and forms a ball. Carefully fold in the chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Use your hands to form the dough into balls, pressing firmly. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake the chocolate cookies in the center of the oven until they are golden brown for about 18-20 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven. Let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
