Banana Milkshake with Chia and Flax Seed

Yield: 1 serving (10 fl. oz // 300 ml)
Cooking equipment: Mixer

1 (100 g) banana
7 fl. oz (200 ml) milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon honey

1. Cut the peeled banana into small pieces.

2. Place the banana, milk, chia seeds, ground flax seed and honey into a mixer. Blend until smooth for about 5-10 seconds.

3. Pour the banana milkshake into a glass. Enjoy!

Personal note: If you want to cut carbs, you can leave out the honey.
