Crispy Homemade Granola with Chia Seeds
Perfect for a heathy and crispy breakfast.

Yield: 275 g
3 1/2 oz (100 g) honey
7 oz (200 g) oat flakes
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 packet (8 g) vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons grated coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1. Preheat the oven to 250 °F (120 °C). Lay a baking tin with baking paper.
2. Combine all of the ingredients in a big bowl. Mix until evenly blended. Spread the oatmeal mixture onto the prepared baking tin.
3. Bake in the oven until lightly golden, about 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the granola to cool completely. Keep the granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
4. Serve with milk, yogurt, chocoalte shavings and fruit to taste.
