Soft Bread with Bananas and Strawberries

Yield: 1 serving

1 slice soft bread (Soft Broed / Harry Bread)
3 strawberries
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon almond slivers
1 (9 g) square dark chocolate

1. Toast the soft bread slice and let cool completely on a plate. Meanwhile, add the almond slivers to a small skillet over medium heat. Toast, stirring and turning occasionally, until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove to a plate and let cool completely.

2. Wash the strawberries and pat dry with kitchen paper. Trim off the stem ends. Cut the strawberries into thin slices. Peel and slice the banana. Using a sharp knife, shave the chocolate.

3. Spread the soft bread evenly with cream cheese. Arrange the strawberry and banana slices in layers on top. Sprinkle over with the almond slivers and chocolate shavings.
